Salvatore (Sal) Audia

Mr. Salvatore (Sal) Audia was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. and graduated from Templeton High School. Further studies in Marketing and Business Administration resulted with an early career path in Retail management. This included managing Nike Canada's original retail outlet. Further education in the property and Casualty Insurance Industry then started a new career which now has exceeded 20 years. Sal is currently President/owner of the GNK Insurance Group of Companies, a growing General Insurance brokerage business.

Sal has also been volunteering for many years and is vice president of the Confratellanza Italo-Canadese Society. He was recently honored with a Lifetime Honorary Chairman award for the Y.H.S. Blackwatch golf tournaments and recipient of the 2005 York House School Outstanding Volunteer Award.

Vancouver is home to Sal and Kathy which includes a daughter, Tavia and son, Steven. They also recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Having lost a father to cancer and remembering Michael's inspirational message, Sal is committed to help make a difference.
